Privacy

Short version: we store the email you give us for the waitlist, the app link you paste, and standard server logs. Nothing else, nothing sold, nothing used to train models.

Data we process: Waitlist: your email address, the store link you pasted, the page you signed up from, and the time. Server logs: IP address, user agent, requested page and time, kept for 14 days for security.
Purpose and legal basis: Waitlist entries are processed to let you know when the beta has open spaces, based on Art. 6 (1) a GDPR, your consent, which you can withdraw anytime by email. Server logs are processed based on Art. 6 (1) f GDPR to keep the site secure.
Where data goes: Waitlist entries are forwarded to a private notification channel operated by Discord Inc., USA, under standard contractual clauses. Hosting: Amazon Web Services (AWS Amplify). No analytics or advertising cookies are set.
Retention: Waitlist entries until you ask for deletion or the beta ends, whichever comes first. Logs for 14 days.
Your rights: Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under Art. 15 to 21 GDPR, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Write to office@apptug.com.
Cookies: The site sets no tracking cookies. Technically necessary storage is limited to what the framework needs to serve the page.
